Mr. Marshall focuses on construction and leasing, and he represents tenants, landlords, owners, developers, project managers, construction managers, contractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, consultants and brokers.

Mr. Marshall has represented clients in the construction and leasing of millions of square-feet of commercial, residential and mixed-use property across the country, including private and government offices, trading floors, showrooms, bank branches, boutique and big-box retail stores, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, malls, shopping centers, entertainment complexes, sports stadiums, fitness clubs, medical centers, parking garages, warehouses, factories, art galleries, educational facilities, student and affordable housing, office and residential towers, hotels, cooperatives, condominiums and townhouses.

Among his positions prior to joining Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, Mr. Marshall was Counsel at Herrick Feinstein LLP and an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. He served in the United States Army Infantry and Military Police, where he was stationed abroad in Europe and Central America. Robert is a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and The American Legion. His multiple professional memberships include the Construction Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association, Real Estate Board of New York and International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Marshall earned a B.S. and an M.A. from St. John’s University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
