Leading Harlem-based brokerage hosts free open-to-the-public workshop At Harlem Headquarters at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd.
Bohemia Realty Group, the premier residential and commercial, sales and leasing brokerage in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, will host the fifth workshop of its 2018 monthly series on Wednesday, June 20, 7 to 8 p.m., at their offices at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd. Entitled “Investing in Real Estate,” the event is open to the public at no charge and will feature guest expert Christopher Michelsen, financial advisor at UBS Financial Services, Inc. and Bohemia Realty Group’s Emily Ackerman, one of the firm’s sales managers.
“Investing in real estate is a science,” explains Beth Gittleman, head of sales and development of the real estate brokerage. “Understanding that investment requires planning, strategy and a set of attainable goals is key. Mr. Michelson and Ms. Ackerman will discuss this at length; enlightening an often misunderstood and confusing subject in real estate”
