Stribling & Associates, New York’s premier residential brokerage, is pleased to announce that industry veteran Joseph Gallagher has joined the company. Gallagher has been in the real estate business for 20 years, having spent 17 of them at Halstead’s Cobble Hill and Brooklyn Heights locations. Though he is a proud Brooklyn resident, Gallagher possesses a vast understanding of unique neighborhoods across Manhattan, Queens, and Eastern Long Island. He will be based out of Stribling’s Atlantic Avenue office in Boerum Hill.

“I had many wonderful years and experiences at Halstead, but I felt it was time to make a change, and I’ve always been a fan of Stribling,” said Gallagher. “The close support network, technology, and data resources offered at Stribling are extremely exciting for me at this stage of my career.”

Mr. Gallagher has called New York home for three decades, and now resides in Carroll Gardens with his family. Prior to his real estate career, Gallagher was employed at several luxury boutique shops along 57^th Street, now Billionaire’s Row, before shifting to the financial services industry. The luxury client services experience he gained made for a seamless transition to real estate as he kept in touch with many of his clients. Gallagher has represented sales and rentals of both condos and coops, as well as townhouses and new development properties.
