Aveanna Healthcare, the preeminent and largest pediatric home health care company in the nation, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Premier Healthcare Services, LLC. Founded in 2005 and based in Pasadena, California, Premier is a leading provider of pediatric services to patients in California, with additional operations in Colorado and Texas.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is scheduled to close in mid to late June.
