Leading Upper Manhattan-based brokerage hosts free open-to-the-public workshop At Harlem Headquarters at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd.
Bohemia Realty Group, the premier residential and commercial, sales and leasing brokerage in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, will host the third of its 2018 monthly workshop series on Wednesday, April 25, 7- to 8 p.m., at its office at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd. Entitled “Renting 101: Get the Apartment of Your Dreams,” the event is open to the public at no charge and will be moderated by Bohemia Realty Group’s Lauren Smith.
“Renting the apartment of your dreams can be a daunting experience in New York City,” explains Sarah Saltzberg, co-founding principal of the real estate brokerage. “Lauren will break everything down into manageable steps that will help our audience feel confident and knowledgeable about the process.”
Adds Ms. Smith, “Our workshop will cover the fundamentals of preparing for the best opportunities when in the market for an apartment.”
