Leading Harlem-based brokerage hosts free open-to-the-public workshop At Harlem Headquarters at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd.

Bohemia Realty Group, the premier residential and commercial, sales and leasing brokerage in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, will host the second workshop of its 2018 monthly series on Friday, March 23^rd, 7- to 8 p.m., at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd., between 113^th and 114^th Streets. Open to the public free of charge, the evening’s topic is “Credit Report and Repair,” and will feature guest expert Israel Weiss of Weimark Credit Information Services. Moderating the conversation will be Bohemia Realty Group’s Matt Kiernan.

“Strong credit is essential for any number of reasons today, but especially when considering the purchase of a home,” explains Sarah Saltzberg, co-founding principal of the real estate brokerage. “Mr. Weiss will explain ways to build or repair credit, as well as maintain a good credit rating.”
