Wilton resident Susan Mais owns and operates the new office alongside her daughter Jennifer, who will serve as a Facility Services Manager. The duo's City Wide business, which recently opened at 37 North Avenue (Ste. 202) in Norwalk, is expected to host a grand opening celebration in February.

Susan joins City Wide with an extensive experience in starting up and building out service and sales operations for complex B2B and B2C businesses. Prior to opening City Wide of Southwest Connecticut, Susan served more than 20 years in the telecommunications, banking and energy utility industries with senior leadership positions at MCI Telecommunications, NEXTEL and Gillette. With her professional background and participatory management style, Susan is positioned to provide exceptional client service and drive growth for the Southwest Connecticut office.
