GFI Named Sales Agent and Leasing Agent for LES Office/Retail Condo

Vacant ground-floor space creates opportunity for potential investors or tenants

GFI Realty Services, LLC today announced that it has been named the exclusive sales agent for 263 Bowery, a 6,500-square-foot office and retail condo with a prime location on Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
