Luxury Condominium Offers Residents 24-hour Access to On-Site BMW and MINI Vehicles from ReachNow, the BMW Group’s Mobility Services Company -
Bizzi & Partners Development, Aronov Development and Halpern Real Estate Ventures, the development partners behind luxury condominium designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop 565 Broome SoHo, announced today an engagement with ReachNow, the mobility services division of the BMW Group. Residents of 565 Broome SoHo will have dedicated access to a fleet of ReachNow vehicles inside the building. With this amenity, residents will be able to rent a BMW or MINI vehicle, including the electric BMW i3, on demand by the minute, hour or the day directly through the ReachNow app. 565 Broome SoHo is the first luxury condominium to offer ReachNow’s car sharing service as a building amenity.

565 Broome SoHo will include 40 parking spots, each of which will be equipped with a full capacity charging station that can serve the electric BMW i3 models included in the fleet of cars provided by ReachNow. ReachNow is the only car sharing company to add electric vehicles (EVs) to the fleet in every market, which is a vital step toward reducing the environmental impact of private cars on the road.
The luxury residential building features more than 17,000 square feet of amenities, including a gated, circular driveway with an automated parking system, providing maximum privacy and security.

Additional amenities at 565 Broome SoHo include a double height RPBW-designed lobby adjacent to the gated motor court, a 24/7 doorman and attended lobby, concierge by LIVunLtd, a 55-foot saltwater lap pool, fitness center, yoga studio, sauna and steam room, media room, landscaped outdoor terrace and a children’s playroom. There is also a glass-enclosed, 90-foot tall green wall with a landscaped lounge and conservatory with a library and wet bar.
Earlier this year, the development team announced an exclusive partnership with TASCHEN, an art, architecture, design and photography book publisher based in New York City. As the exclusive library partner, TASCHEN will curate all books throughout the public spaces of the building, including the lobby and third floor conservatory spaces. TASCHEN will also offer customized library curation services to residents, upon request, a first-of-its-kind “white glove” service between the publisher and a luxury condominium in New York City.
The development team also recently announced a partnership with Think Zero, a consulting firm specializing in waste reduction and diversion planning and implementation. The partnership is a first between Think Zero and a luxury condominium, setting 565 Broome SoHo on track to become one of Manhattan’s first residential Zero Waste buildings.
