Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged a short-term lease for a holiday pop-up store at 829 Washington Street for ARJÉ, a luxury essentials, e-commerce brand. This is ARJÉ’s second pop-up store in Manhattan this year.
Mary Clayton of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction. Romanoff Equities was the landlord in the transaction.
