Information Today, Inc. (ITI) has announced that John B. Bryans, president of JB Bryans Literary (BryLit) and formerly editor-in-chief and publisher of ITI's Book Publishing Division, has been appointed editor of Library and Book Trade Almanac (LBTA). Bryans will report to Owen O'Donnell, Director of the ITI Reference Division.

O'Donnell said, "We are confident that John will maintain the level of excellence that Catherine Barrand Dave Bogart brought to LBTA for more than 20 years as co-editors. While the title will retain the information and statistics that have made the book an essential resource for librarians in their work, John is looking forward to introducing new voices, themes, and innovations."
