(NYSE: GPMT) announced today that it plans to offer, subject to market and other conditions, up to $125 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2022 in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The company also expects to grant the initial purchasers of the offering an option to purchase up to an additional $18.75 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes.
