Vitiello Communications Group (VTLO) today announced its new management team. In response to the agency's growth and increased business communications services, spanning internal, external and creative, VTLO has expanded the roles of two leaders and named three directors responsible for customer experience, innovation and learning, and new accounts. Jill Vitiello has been named chief executive officer, responsible for VTLO's strategy and top-line growth. Nadine Green has been named chief operating officer, with oversight for all agency operations.

Reporting to COO Green are the three directors, who comprise the new management team.
Kristen Erickson has been named director, Customer Delivery. She is responsible for managing the seamless delivery of long-term accounts, ensuring that all project teams are meeting business goals and objectives within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters. Erickson joined VTLO in 2012, rising through the organization from administrative assistant to account director.
Carol Feinberg has been named director, Innovation and Learning. She is responsible for identifying and sharing consistent and innovative solutions that drive organizational performance and foster collective learning. Feinberg joined VTLO in 2006 following a successful career as a research scientist at Unilever.
Brian S. Keefer has been named director, New Accounts. He is responsible for growing VTLO's portfolio of clients, from developing new product and service offerings to onboarding and leading new client engagements. Keefer joined VTLO in 2016 with broad experience in internal and external communications in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and health care.
