NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cassin & Cassin LLP, a law firm specializing in real estate, real estate finance and trusts and estates, today announced the hiring of Rand Boyers Peppas as Partner effective November 16, 2017. She is based in the firm’s New York City office.
Ms. Peppas, a real estate and real estate finance attorney, brings more than 30 years of experience representing institutions and high net-worth individuals in transactions relating to properties throughout the U.S. and in several foreign jurisdictions. Over the course of her long and distinguished career, she has gained experience in virtually every type of real estate transaction, and has cultivated a deep understanding of the priorities and concerns on both sides of transactions that allows her to craft solutions that protect her lender clients’ interests without interfering with borrowers’ businesses.
Ms. Peppas joins Cassin & Cassin from DLA Piper LLP, where she served as partner since 2008. She began her legal career as an associate at Sidley & Austin in Los Angeles, CA, and thereafter joined other firms in New York, NY, such as Schulte Roth & Zabel, Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner and Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner.
