Faithful+Gould Relocates Americas Headquarters In New York To 10 E. 40th Street

11/16/17

Faithful+Gould, a world-leading project and program management consultancy and member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, is pleased to announce the move of its Americas headquarters in New York City to 10 E. 40th Street in Manhattan. The space is modernized, changing the work environment from low-walled cubicles and separate offices to an open, agile floorplan.

"We are very excited to get to work in our new space," said New York Office Managing Director Mike Debiak. "Not only is the location in the heart of Midtown Manhattan ideal for our work, employees will enjoy the benefits of improved space utilization, allowing for better knowledge sharing, faster decision making and greater innovation."

With a 10-year lease, the space on E. 40th Street features a variety of meeting and common work areas to boost productivity and increase face-to-face communication. It is furnished with high-quality, innovative materials, including sit-to-stand desks, that are conducive to employees performing at their best, and most comfortable.

Members of SNC-Lavalin and Atkins, including Atkins North America CEO George Nash, have collocated with the Faithful+Gould New York employees, making this the first office to include team members from the three entities in one place.
