As Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties continues its strategic growth in the New York market, the company has hired Sales Executive and Associate Broker Lorenzo Avati, and Licensed Salespersons Michael Lahm and Rhiannon Kubicka of the Avati Team. Along with their deep understanding of the New York City market, the Avati Team brings a multi-faceted approach to real estate that has allowed them to adapt to the specific needs of diverse sellers, buyers and investors.

Over the last two decades, Lorenzo Avati has represented a broad and illustrious portfolio of real estate in New York City, including Manhattan’s prime co-ops, condominiums, new developments, townhouses and luxury rentals. He first entered the real estate profession through sales and acquisitions on behalf of his family’s investments. Raised in Italy and Switzerland (and fluent in Italian and French), he combines an international perspective with a background in financial planning and investment banking.

Rhiannon Kubicka began her professional life in New York in 1994, working in finance for a U.S. Division of a large British bank. Later, as vice president and chief administrative officer of the private equity division of a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund, Kubicka worked on sizable leveraged buyout transactions both in the United States and Europe. After over twelve years of transactional and corporate success, Rhiannon moved on to launch and operate a contemporary art gallery in New York — merging her love of business with a passion for art. She combines her diverse background with the personal experience of buying and selling her own properties in Manhattan, informing a keen desire to bring trusted guidance, professionalism and integrity to every facet of the real estate transaction.
