A celebration for the construction milestone was held at the property on November 3 with an array of Italian and U.S. flags marking the international distinction of the project, with attendees including Howard Lorber, chairman of Douglas Elliman and distinguished representatives from the Italian government. 565 Broome SoHo, the first U.S. residential project for Renzo Piano Building Workshop, is slated for completion in early 2018.
