Elevated Role Focuses on Company-Wide Project Management

MAST Construction Services, Inc., an award-winning Little Falls, New Jersey-based owner’s representative, project and construction management services firm, announces the promotion of executive team member, Paul Skabich, to vice president. Skabich, a construction industry veteran for nearly two decades, was formerly a project executive at MAST and, before that, a senior project manager at the firm.

Skabich has been with MAST since 2005. He has been responsible for project management oversight services during the preconstruction and construction phases, including scheduling and budget processes. In his new post, Skabich will oversee project management on MAST’s projects.

“Paul has proven himself to be a time management expert focused on getting results,” said MAST Founder and President, Ted Domuracki. “He is an integral part of the MAST team and I look forward to seeing him thrive in his new role.”

Skabich, who was a civil engineer before joining MAST, has focused on projects in the parks and recreation, plus institutional and education sectors. He served as the project manager for the Newark 5thPolice Precinct and Office Emergency Management project in Newark, New Jersey, which was completed in 2011, and for which he oversaw facilities maintenance for several years.

Skabich holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College. He lives in Cedar Grove, New Jersey, with his family.
