Reuveni Real Estate — a luxury development firm focused on high-end, new development and ground-up projects led by accomplished real estate leader Shlomi Reuveni — is pleased to announce the recent addition of top real estate professionals TJ Quinn, Lauren Dub, Martha Merzig, Cordelia Robb, Mason McDavid and Ty Burton. Following the firm’s recent launch, each key hire is responsible for leading and expanding the firm’s growing portfolio, which includes notable projects in the West Village, Hell’s Kitchen and the Upper West Side.

An authority in the New York City real estate industry, Quinn brings nearly a decade of experience and a deep understanding of the marketplace, joining the firm as director of new development. Providing a hands-on approach to the multidisciplinary role, he oversees pre-development planning, marketing, research, branding, and sales operations for all new development projects, working alongside Reuveni on the firm’s strategic growth and business development.

A proven leader in the New York City real estate industry, Dub brings a wealth of experience as the operations manager, also working side-by-side with Reuveni to oversee every facet of the firm’s sales and performance initiatives. A former real estate agent and sales operations manager, she is responsible for streamlining the overall processes and strategic growth across all projects and divisions.

A creative strategist with more than 15 years of cross-disciplinary design experience, Merzig is the marketing manager, responsible for the design, implementation and execution of cutting-edge marketing, branding, and advertising strategies and campaigns across all projects. Merzig – a former creative director and graphic designer for leading creative agency, The Seventh Art – plays an instrumental role in the design process and implementation of marketing and sales strategies across the firm’s entire portfolio of luxury new development projects.

Robb, a seasoned real estate professional with more than 25 years of residential real estate experience, joins the firm as sales director. Her responsibilities include management in all aspects of a project’s day-to-day activities; sales team, project presentations, contract negotiations, and communications with developer clients, the brokerage community and buyers, and various project professionals.

With a background in both hospitality and investment sales, McDavid is an incredible addition to the team as the RRE analyst, responsible for building the firm’s research infrastructure and database. He works collaboratively with the team’s project manager on all new development projects, and provides administrative and technical maintenance.

Burton serves as a project coordinator for all new developments, responsible for managing the efforts of all parties involved including consultants, architects, interior designers and owners. She has extensive skills in urban planning, project management and real estate, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York City.
