David Townes Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Director for Retail Brokerage in New Jersey

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that retail broker, David Townes, has joined the firm as a Senior Director of Retail Brokerage in New Jersey working with Andrew Judd, Managing Principal, Market Leader, New Jersey Region and Katie Mahon, Managing Director, Retail Services & Brokerage Operations, Tri-State Region. Townes’ hire occurs on the heels of multiple recent Cushman & Wakefield retail brokerage hires throughout the Tri-State region.

He provided these retailers and owners with a full platform of transaction services including site selection, location analysis and due diligence, letter of intent and lease negotiations. In addition to his work at Ripco, Townes is the Founder of BrokerMap, a real-estate productivity app that enables brokers to create virtual maps of their properties.
