Leading Harlem-based brokerage hosts free open-to-the-public workshop At La Maison d’Art, 259 West 132nd Street, 11th in monthly real estate series
Bohemia Realty Group, the premier residential and commercial, sales and leasing brokerage in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, will host the 11th workshop in its monthly series on Tuesday, November 28, 7- to 8 p.m., at La Maison d’Art, 259 West 132nd Street. Entitled “First Time Home Buyers,” the event is open to the public at no charge and will feature guest expert Zack Tolmie, home lending officer at Citibank. Moderating the conversation will be Bohemia Realty Group’s Brian Letendre.
“Buying a home for the first time is a huge step and is especially complicated in New York City,” explains Beth Gittleman, head of sales and development for the real estate brokerage. “Zack will help attendees to manage all of the details that go into financing a purchase of real estate in New York City, with Brian breaking down the mysteries of the buying process. Both will help provide clarity to the largest purchase of most people’s lives.”
