Austin Nichols House, the condominium conversion of a national historic landmark along the Williamsburg waterfront, is the best-selling building in Brooklyn and the sixth best-selling building in all of New York City, according to leading global property research company PropertyShark. PropertyShark’s report covers recorded sales that took place in the five boroughs during the recently concluded third quarter of 2017. During this period, there were 42 closings in the building at an average price of $939,025.
