On Thursday, October 19th, Douglaston Development hosted over 800 guests at their newest Williamsburg waterfront residential development, Level-BK, to celebrate the launch of the property’s impressive array of amenities. Level, with its 554 units, completes the last phase of Douglaston Development’s larger Edge development parcel resulting from the North Williamsburg waterfront rezoning. The lavish celebration took place on the building’s amenity terrace, called Level 9, and included live music and entertainment, Smorgasburg vendors, signature cocktails, hors-d'oeuvres and three open bars. Industry leaders, reporters, staff, and residents were in attendance and enjoyed food, drinks, andentertainment while overlooking the river and unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline. Live music and cocktails greeted guests in the open air courtyard before making their way upstairs to the main event.
