High Ridge Brands Co., a leading Stamford, CT based personal care products company, announced today the appointment of Amanda D. H. Allen to the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective October 26, 2017. In her role as CFO, Ms. Allen will work closely with the Company's senior management team to provide financial and administrative leadership to support High Ridge Brands' go-forward strategy.

Ms. Allen started her career in CPG & Retail investment banking at UBS and subsequently worked in corporate finance and strategic planning leadership roles at Waterworks, PepsiCo and Starwood Hotels. Most recently, Ms. Allen led finance and accounting as the CFO of Edible Arrangements. She holds a B.S. in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A from New York University.

In connection with Ms. Allen's appointment, the Company's current Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Richard S. Kirk, Jr., will now serve exclusively in his role as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. This move will allow Mr. Kirk to focus on the operations of the Company, the scope of which were expanded significantly as a result of the Company's recent acquisition of Dr. Fresh, LLC, a leading provider of oral care products.
