CBRE announced that Richard C. Moore II has been engaged to work with its REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) Practice Group for Asset Services in the Americas. The CBRE Asset Services REIT Practice Group, which is led by CBRE’s Executive Managing Director Drew Genova, is focused on creating advantage for the company’s REIT clients by providing innovative property management services and industry-leading technology solutions and aligning the operational performance of their commercial properties with their broader investment objectives.

For the last 20 years, Mr. Moore has worked in REIT equity research for a variety of Wall Street firms and has gained a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Most recently, he was a Managing Director and Senior Securities Analyst where he advised global clients on strategic investment options based on industry trends, insights, and in-depth analysis. Mr. Moore has presented at numerous industry conferences and has been quoted in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Bloomberg Business and provided insights on CNBC. Mr. Moore spent this first half of his career in various senior leadership roles within the technology and wireless communications industry.
