City Wide, the nation's premier management company in the building maintenance industry, announced the opening of a new office serving commercial properties throughout Metropolitan New Jersey.

Local building owners and property management companies throughout Essex, Morris and Unioncounties now have access to a single-source solution for all of their building maintenance needs. Madison resident Arturo Araya owns and operates the new office, which is now open for business and is located at 14 Ridgedale Ave., Suite 263 in Cedar Knolls.

"Business owners and facility managers in Metropolitan New Jersey have an increasing need for high quality property management companies, and we're thrilled to be able to fill that need," said Araya. "We are humbled by the opportunity to develop and grow our own City Wide office, provide our community with specialized services, and work with independent contractors to achieve their goals."

Prior to opening City Wide of Metropolitan New Jersey, Araya was a civil engineer with more than 20 years in the chemical and healthcare fields. A service mindset and knowledge about how buildings work allow Araya to support clients with their building management needs. Araya looks forward to helping commercial property owners and managers in Morris, Essex and Union counties have clean, safe and productive work environments.
