Paul Ping Joins CBRE To Lead Alternative Valuation Services

CBRE announced that Paul E. Ping has joined the Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) team as executive vice president and National Director of Alternative Valuation Services, based in Columbus.

A seasoned industry veteran with more than 35 years of appraisal and commercial real estate experience, Mr. Ping will coordinate more than a dozen alternative appraisal specialists located in key markets across the U.S. In this newly created role, Mr. Ping will report to R. Christian Sonne, executive vice president and Director of Specialty Practices, VAS.

As National Director of Alternative Valuation Services, Mr. Ping will be responsible for non-traditional valuation products, evaluations, and finance. Additionally, he will be be responsible for team management, methodology of products, and quality control.

Prior to joining CBRE, Paul served as National Director of the Alternative Valuation Product Group at Cushman & Wakefield. He was responsible for new business growth, supplying platforms, processes and procedures for quality control. Paul has also served as a Chief Appraiser for large financial services institutions, Huntington National Bank and PNC.
