Christie's International Real Estate is making its first ever foray into Peru, announcing the pivotal expansion of Chilean Affiliate Bórquez & Asociados Limitada into the neighboring country – which is the third largest in South America after Brazil and Argentina. From its biodiverse mountainous regions to its Pacific coastal territories, Peru boasts a robust luxury market - one that has seen an explosion in growth over the course of the last decade.

Led by principals María José Bórquez and María Fernanda Herrera Bórquez, Bórquez & Asociados Limitada was founded in 2013 in Santiago, Chile – focused on the leasing and sales of high-end residences throughout the country. Comprising an integrated team of more than a dozen industry professionals, the brokerage will now be expanding north into the whole of Peru, assisting clientele in the buying and selling of luxury properties there.
