Leading Upper Manhattan and Bronx Sales, Commercial and Residential Leasing Firm Names Christine Amerosa and Corissa Nadrowski to Spearhead Intra-Office Events
Bohemia Realty Group, the preeminent brokerage for sales, commercial, and residential leasing in Upper Manhattanand the Bronx, is expanding upon an already dynamic team-building program by appointing two of its top agents, Christine Amerosa and Corissa Nadrowski, as its newest “Ambassadors of Fun.” In their latest roles, Christine and Corissa will officially spearhead programs that promote networking, sportsmanship and camaraderie.
“Following the tenure of the first outstanding ‘ambassadors of fun’ last year, we realized the value in having designated people to plan activities for the agents,” points out Sarah Saltzberg, co-founding principal of the real estate brokerage. “Christine and Corissa will expand upon this tradition established by their predecessors of strengthening the Bohemia Realty Group team through educational and enjoyable programs and events.”
Christine and Corissa’s first endeavor as “ambassadors of fun” has been the organization of historical walking tours in Harlem. Led by the knowledgeable New York City tour guide, Hank Orenstein, these tours have covered the Harlem, Sugar Hill and Hamilton Heights neighborhoods. In addition to providing agents with an invaluable opportunity to learn more about the architectural and cultural gems of the areas in which they work, these tours have also allowed for networking with fellow Bohemia Realty Group team members.
Adds Corissa, “Bohemia is already very family-oriented, unlike so many other brokerages. Our goal is to keep the company culture at its best by motivating agents and helping them to learn more about the neighborhoods in which they work.”
Bohemia Realty Group has long been known for sponsoring team-oriented and health-based initiatives, such as thrice-weekly office workouts, brokerage-wide sporting games, educational community workshops, pet adoption drives and a host of other programs geared toward group participation. Several of its agents are also active in the Harlem Children’s Zone and Broadway Mall Association. With the most recent iteration of the “Ambassadors of Fun” initiative, there are plans for a Halloween costume contest as well as the possibility for an office-wide talent show since many of the firm’s agents are involved in the arts. Christine and Corissa also recently organized a brokerage-wide donation drive for Puerto Rico hurricane victims.
