The award-winning branding agency has taken a 4,321-square-foot landlord built-to-suit office space on the ninth floor. The new space is easily accessible via the B, D, F, M, R and W subway lines. Multinational companies with nearby headquarters include Thrillist, Sakara Life, Foursquare, ZocDoc and Wetherly Fashion Group.
“Untitled Worldwide has been responsible for communicating the brand strategies of such exciting brands as PayPal, NBC and Glossier,” explains Mr. Someck. “We were thrilled to assist them in relocating to this desirable Soho location, which will offer them easy access to many of the esteemed brands with which they collaborate.”
United Worldwide was previously located at 110 Greene Street. The landlord, Olmstead Properties, was represented in-house by Steve Marvin. The agency has already taken occupancy. Asking rent was $68 per square foot.
