Board Welcomes New Directors Miriam Harris, Patricia Hauserman, and Officer Ione Wilsmann
WX New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX) is pleased to announce its 2017-2018 Board of Directors, which will be led by President Suzanne St. Pierre, Partner at Venable LLP and Vice President Beth Zafonte, Director of Economic Development Services at Akerman LLP, each in their second term. The Board also welcomes new Directors Miriam Harris, Executive Vice President at Trinity Place Holdings Inc. and Pat Hauserman, Senior Vice President at AECOMTishman, as well as new Treasurer Ione S. V. Wilsmann, Head of Real Estate Investments at United States Steel and Carnegie Pension Fund.
The 2017-2018 Board of Directors will lead the organization, overseeing their Mentoring Program, Scholars Program, Programming and Networking events, as well as the annual fundraising Gala featuring their Woman of the Year. WX promotes the advancement of women in commercial real estate. Returning members of the Board include:

About Miriam Harris
Miriam Harris is the Executive Vice President of Trinity Place Holdings Inc. In this role, Ms. Harris leads all aspects of Trinity Place Holdings’ real estate business. A seasoned real estate industry executive, Ms. Harris has more than 19 years of acquisition, development, leasing, financing, marketing and asset management experience. Prior to leading Trinity Place’s real estate business, Ms. Harris served as an Executive Vice President and Co-head of the Real Estate Transaction Services Group for the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) where she oversaw some of the most complex public-private land development deals done under the Bloomberg Administration such as the Cornell Tech campus on Roosevelt Island as well as the 1.65 million-square-foot Essex Crossing mixed-use project on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
About Patricia Hauserman
Patricia Hauserman serves as Senior Vice President and Building Repositioning Sector Lead of AECOMTishman. Specializing in the repositioning of buildings, Ms. Hauserman leads a team of experts that provide clients with unrivaled expertise in this cost-effective alternative to demolishing and rebuilding. In this role, she oversees preconstruction and construction, including estimating, cost control, scheduling, and field staff, while working closely with clients, architects and the project team.
With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry and 20 years with Tishman, Ms. Hauserman has served as project executive for many high-profile projects throughout the New York Metropolitan Area, including 1095 Avenue of the Americas, The Grace Building, 450 West 33rd Street, 390 Madison Avenue, as well as the current repositioning of the largest occupied corporate headquarters in New York.
About Ione S. V. Wilsmann
Ione S. V. Wilsmann is the Head of Real Estate Investments at United States Steel and Carnegie Pension Fund (UCF), based in New York. Prior to joining UCF in 2014, Ms. Wilsmann was a Partner at Quilvest and Co-Head of its real estate fund of funds platform, which she coestablished in 2008. Before Quilvest, Ms. Wilsmann was a Managing Director in real estate at Metlife, in executive roles including Head of New Business Development and Head of its Real Estate regional offices. Previously, she worked at Merrill Lynch in the US Conduit Group and was a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase (and predecessors) where she was a founding member of the Chemical Bank CMBS conduit program.
