MongoDB Prices IPO

MongoDB, Inc., the database for giant ideas, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $24.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "MDB" on October 19, 2017, and the offering is expected to close on October 23, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, MongoDB has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,200,000 additional shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Barclays Capital Inc. and Allen & Company LLC are acting as the joint bookrunners for the offering. Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Canaccord Genuity Inc. and JMP Securities LLC are acting as co-managers for the offering.
