Former CBRE first vice president joins firm’s East Rutherford office
Cushman & Wakefield announced today that esteemed and highly regarded industrial broker, Stephen Sander, has joined the firm as a Senior Director of Industrial Brokerage for the New Jersey market. In his new position, Sander will work with an industry-recognized team consisting of Stan Danzig, Jules Nissim, Steve Elman, Michael Terranova, Kim Bach and Cathy Bounczek, focusing on industrial leasing and sales.

Sander joins Cushman & Wakefield with a wealth of experience, most recently as a First Vice President at CBRE in Industrial & Logistics, where his team handled over one million sf in the New Jersey market and managed an impressive and diverse roster of clients. Previously, Sander worked at New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, Weichert Commercial Brokerage, where he was recognized as a top broker.
Sander’s hire occurs on the heels of the firm’s recent industrial brokerage hire in the Brooklyn & Queens market highlighting Cushman & Wakefield’s continuous growth of the industrial brokerage service line throughout the Tri-State region.
Sander is a graduate of the R101 Appraisal Program, and has a Bachelor of Science from William Paterson University.
