Hospitality House’s Senior Director Zohar Scheinman worked alongside developer Lightstone Group by sourcing the tenant, IdanMagor, at Gantry Park Landing. Gantry Park Landing is a luxury apartment complex on the Long Island City waterfront which captures the essence of the historic, industrial area.Black Star Bakery, a unique coffee shop and bakery combination, will be serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in their new, 1,061-square-foot space. Some of their signature menu items include the Avocado Trip croissant, the Nutella Croissant, and an assortment of coffee-related beverage including the Iced Mocha and Flat White.
