Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP adds Adam S. Goodman to the firm’s litigation group. Adam practices in the firm’s Cherry Hill, N.J. office.

Goodman is a member of the firm’s litigation department. He handles drafting motions for preliminary injunctions, motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, discovery demands, briefs, including pre-trial, post-trial and appellate. Prior to joining the firm, Goodman was an attorney at a Philadelphia law firm where he assisted clients in medical malpractice and civil rights litigation matters for healthcare companies including cases at the state and federal level, and appellate matters at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He also previously worked for a New York law firm where he handled diversified complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, intellectual property, corporate litigation and employment litigation.
