Eric Throne Joins Cushman & Wakefield’s New York City Industrial Brokerage Services Group

Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Eric Throne has joined the firm’s New York City Industrial Brokerage Services Group as a Director in the Brooklyn & Queens market. Mr. Throne, who previously served as an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in Virginia Beach, will work under Betty Castro, Managing Principal, Market Leader – Brooklyn & Queens.

Mr. Throne joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Brooklyn & Queens office with a wealth of real estate experience, specializing in the leasing and marketing of industrial properties. He has completed over $45 million in transactional volume, and has worked with large-scale local, national, and global clients such as Carrier, ZPMC and Bimbo USA among others. In 2015, he was one of Inside Business’ 40 under 40, and is a designated Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
