NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kingsdale Advisors, the leading advisor to public companies on all shareholder, governance, and transaction related matters, announces it has named Michael Fein as Executive Vice President, Head of U.S. Operations. Mr. Fein will be responsible for the continued growth of Kingsdale’s U.S. office and provide strategic advice to a growing roster of clients on matters related to activism, mergers and acquisitions, governance, and other special situations.

Mr. Fein was most recently a Senior Managing Director at Okapi Partners LLC where he established himself as a trusted source of strategic advice for both issuers and investors, having played key roles on numerous high-profile proxy contests and contested M&A transactions.

Mr. Fein brings over two decades of leadership and value creation experience as founder and president of a private investment firm, where he invested over $500 million and actively sourced and structured over 350 investments. Mr. Fein holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
