According to EPIC Commercial Realty Investment Sales Associate, Adam Waters, "The seller lives on the West Coast and this warehouse was the last NYC property in his portfolio. In the end we sold it to an established local landlord.”
Hunts Point is located at the southeastern corner of the Bronx, created by the Long Island Sound lying at the neighborhood’s southern coast, and the Bronx River mouth at the east and north. As an intensely industrial/commercial area, Hunts Point offers a supply of auto-shop garages, warehouses, storage facilities and other commercial properties.
