Located between Oak Point Avenue and East Bay Avenue, this one-story commercial building has a triple net lease in place. According to EPIC Commercial Realty Investment Sales Associate, Adam Waters, "The seller lives on the West Coast and this warehouse was the last NYC property in his portfolio. In the end we sold it to an established local landlord.”

As an intensely industrial/commercial area, Hunts Point offers a supply of auto-shop garages, warehouses, storage facilities and other commercial properties. Most of the residential structures exist in the northern end of the community, mainly consisting of low-rise apartment buildings. Hunts Point can be accessed through MTA [6] train.

EPIC Commercial Realty sold 418 Bryant Avenuefor $2,190,000. Investment Sales Associate, Adam Waters, represented both the seller and the buyer.
