Sunrise Supply has leased 11,000 square feet of warehouse space at 150 Commerce Road in Carlstadt. Key Properties owns the fully leased, 30,000-square-foot New Jersey Meadowlands industrial building.
Sunrise Supply is relocating to 150 Commerce Road from another Carlstadt address, according to Key Properties’ Jonathan Schlussel. “The old real-estate adage ‘location, location, location’ rings true when it comes to New Jersey’s warehouse market,” he said. “150 Commerce Road’s prime location and ease of access made it particularly attractive to Sunrise Supply, and we appreciate the opportunity to meet the company’s facility requirements.” Alan Frankel and Ron Schechter from Team Resources served as tenant brokers in the transaction.
Situated in the heart of the Meadowlands submarket in Bergen County, 150 Commerce Road offers high functionality for warehouse users, with overhead doors, tailgate loading and convenient parking. A portion of the single-story building is air conditioned. The property sits less than 30 minutes from New York City and the Port of Newark/Elizabeth; and offers proximity to routes 3 and 17, interstates 95 and 80, and the Garden State Parkway. Tenants also enjoy NJ Transit bus service within two blocks of the property, along with easy access to the Secaucus Junction rail hub, and Newark Liberty International and Teterboro airports.
