Lesser, President & CEO of LW Hospitality Advisors (LWHA), today announced that Evan Weiss, Principal has expanded his role with his appointment as Chief Operating Officer of the firm. Mr. Weiss who is domiciled in the company’s New York City headquarters has fifteen plus years of experience providing an array of hospitality operational, valuation, and real estate advisory services including: site evaluation, highest and best use analysis, market and feasibility studies, appraisals, litigation and transactional support services.

Mr. Weiss also announced today the promotion of NYC-based Michelle LaRocca to Senior Vice President.

Gary Isenberg, President of LWHA Asset & Property Management Services, announced today that Associate Dominic Finn has transferred from the firm’s valuation & advisory services platform to oversee asset management of the recently mandated NCSC Hospitality Portfolio.
