Savitt Partners Announces Direct Leases, Extensions and Renewals at Boutique Midtown Office Property

Savitt Partners today announced several lease transactions at 530 Seventh Avenue, a 490,000 square-foot office property in Midtown Manhattan that is home to a diverse mix of tenants including office, creative media and fashion. The property offers the ideal combination of a superior location and superb package of amenities, including the unique opportunity to entertain at the Skylark Rooftop lounge and utilize the state-of-the-art conference rooms at Space 530.

RDG Global LLC, a juniors and contemporary fashion company with several popular brands, inked a new 3,800 square-foot lease, expanding its occupancy on the third floor to a total of 17,300 square feet. RDG Global originally leased 9,700 square feet of space at the property and expanded in 2015, taking an additional 3,800 square feet of space overlooking Seventh Avenue. Brian Neugeboren and Marc Schoen of Savitt Partners represented RDG Global, while the Savitt Partners team of Nicole Goetz and Bob Savitt acted on behalf of the ownership.

Secret Charm LLC, a privately-held company based in Los Angeles, CA focused on the wholesale of children’s and infant wear, along with Star Fabrics, an importer of piece goods, notions and dry goods renewed their combined 4,900 square-foot lease at the property. The Savitt Partners team of Brian Neugeboren and Nicole Goetz represented the tenant and acted on behalf of the ownership in the lease renewal.

The Savitt Partners team of Brian Neugeboren and Nicole Goetz also arranged direct leases for Championship Season and Item Houses. Championship Season, a New York-based, privately-owned men’s, women’s and children’s sportswear company inked a direct lease of 1,700 square feet on the ninth floor of the property. The fashion company originally moved into the building in 2014 through a sublease. In addition, Item House, a women’s fashion outerwear company signed a direct lease of 1,700 square feet on the eighth floor.

Finally, Mad Garments LLC, a fashion wholesaler of high-end contemporary apparel including the brands Level 4 Collective and Mitchell & Ness, inked a 1,700 square-foot lease at 530 Seventh Avenue. The high-end fashion company will occupy new, pre-built showroom and office space on the sixth floor of the property. Brian Neugeboren and Nicole Goetz of Savitt Partners represented the building ownership, while Robert Ancona and David Menaged of Intrepid Real Estate Group, acted on behalf of the tenant.

Built in 1930, 530 Seventh Avenue has been updated with wood and concrete floors and soaring loft-like ceilings, featuring some of the most spectacular views of the city. The property is also home to The Skylark, a classically styled cocktail lounge for entertaining, and Space 530, the full service co-working environment for innovative brands and creative companies seeking unique office and showroom space, offering a range of flexible options - members enjoy a place to co-work, network and build their business.
