Vroom Partners with Rock Connections

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vroom (www.vroom.com), the national online auto retailer, today announced it has partnered with Rock Connections, a strategic sales and marketing agency focused on outbound and inbound client service, to leverage its Detroit-based sales center. Detroit native Dan Gilbert, founder and chairman of Quicken Loans and Rock Connections, has been a Vroom investor since 2015, and recently invested in the company’s Series F round.

Vroom is disrupting the traditional automotive industry by providing consumers with the ability to purchase a car online and have it delivered directly to their homes. Additionally, Vroom offers a seamless private-seller acquisition service.

Car buyers and resellers no longer need to put their lives on hold to purchase or sell their cars. They can quickly and easily purchase a vehicle online and have it delivered anywhere in the United States. Conversely, sellers can have their car appraised online and arrange free pickup of their vehicle at a time that works for them. Rock Connections will provide sales and customer service support to both online and offline customers.
