Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm has arranged the sale of 304 W 106th Street, a five-story townhouse located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The final closing price was $4,550,000.
Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team consisting of Senior Managing Director Hall Oster, Associate Director Teddy Galligan, Senior Associate Bryan Smadbeck, and Associate Tim O’Brien represented the landlord in the transaction.
"The property’s charming architecture and stellar location made for a great investment opportunity,” said Hall Oster of Cushman & Wakefield. “The buyer secured a rare and well-preserved townhouse in the heart of the Upper West Side's Bloomingdale District.”
The renaissance revival townhouse, constructed circa 1901, was configured into eight studios of various sizes, and a ground floor one bedroom apartment with access to a spacious garden. The property boasts preserved features including its original woodenstaircase, a grand entrance with an ornate foyer, fireplaces with mantels, and beautiful wainscoting and floors. The house also provides high ceilings, rich detail, partial river views, additional outdoor space and a large cellar.
Located on the south side of 106th Street, between West End Avenue and Riverside Drive, the property is located in the heart of the Upper West Side’s Bloomingdales District and steps away from Riverside Park.
