Fried Frank acted as counsel to RXR Realty, as landlord, in its 14,000-square-foot lease to Erste Group Bank AG at 75 Rockefeller Plaza. RXR Realty recently renovated the 33-story tower, including a restoration of the landmarked building façade limestone and base metalwork and retail and lobby enhancement. 75 Rockefeller Plaza is located on West 52nd Street between Avenue of the Americas and Fifth Avenue in New York City. Erste Group Bank AG will join anchor tenant Bank of America and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and retail tenant American Girl.
