FIRSTavenue, a leading global private funds placement agent and investment advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Chris Tehranian has joined the team as Principal, Head of U.S. Project Management and will be based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Tehranian will be responsible for the development and management of the U.S. Project Management team as well as continuing to further increase FIRSTavenue’s presence in the infrastructure and real asset placement business, where the firm has raised $5.6 billion in commitments over the last five years.

Bringing 15 years of experience to FIRSTavenue, Mr. Tehranian has extensive knowledge of the private market space specialising in infrastructure and energy. Prior to joining FIRSTavenue, he spent 10 years at Meketa Investment Group as the Head of Infrastructure Research where he was responsible for managing the firm’s infrastructure and real assets private market practice, including client consulting, sourcing of investments, due diligence and business development. In his time with Meketa Investment Group, Mr. Tehranian led the due‐ diligence of over $5.0 billion in commitments to infrastructure and energy funds.
