SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Constellation Advisers, LLC, a premier investment management consultancy firm, announced that it has named Lusine Moshkounian as Managing Director of its Regulatory and Compliance Group leading its western region regulatory and compliance practice. She will be based out of Constellation’s San Francisco office. The hiring of Ms. Moshkounian signals the continuing commitment to providing clients with unparalleled expertise as Constellation increases its footprint in California and the western region, as well as the expansion of its regulatory and compliance practice overall.

Ms. Moshkounian joins Constellation after serving as Vice President at Cordium, and previously as Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Legato Capital Management, LLC. Ms. Moshkounian also spent nearly eight years at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a Supervisory General Attorney and Attorney-Adviser. Prior to the SEC, Ms. Moshkounian was an attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP serving investment management clients, a compliance analyst with BA Investment Services, Inc., and an examiner with FINRA. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School and a Masters of Law from Boston University School of Law. Ms. Moshkounian is admitted to the California and Pennsylvania (inactive) Bar.
