“We are delighted that prestigious tenants like GenSight, Senator, One Madison and Five Points have responded so well to Morris Adjmi’s superb re-imagining of this property in the middle of one of Manhattan’s most sought-after niche markets,” said Mr. Siegel of CBRE.
NoMad’s top boutique office building in the heart of the Flatiron District, 3 East 28th Street has undergone a $20 million renovation under the direction of premier architecture firm Morris Adjmi Architects with new storefronts, lobby, elevators, restrooms, building systems, bike storage and roof terrace. The building offers pre-built full floors and a new Quality Eats will open in late 2017. With high ceilings, bright, open floorplates and a modern industrial feel, the office spaces incorporate innovative design while preserving the building’s rich historical features.
“We are thrilled to be commencing a pre-built program for the remaining floors starting in the fall,” added Mr. Bergey.
