HD Supply Completes Sale of its Waterworks Business Unit to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice

ATLANTA, Aug. 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HD Supply Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:HDS) today announced it has completed the previously announced sale of its Waterworks business unit, the nation’s largest distributor of water, sewer, storm and fire protection products, to funds managed by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. Goldman Sachs & Co, LLC served as financial advisor and King & Spalding served as legal counsel to HD Supply on the transaction.
