NY-based advertising agency, Terri & Sandy, has been honored as the 2017 Small Agency of the Year by leading industry publication, Ad Age. The coveted annual Awards honor the best independent shops with fewer than 150 employees that standout for their work, culture, strategy and results. Marking the first time a female owned and operated agency has received the top honor from the Awards, Terri & Sandy also took home Pro Bono Campaign of the Year for its provocative testicular cancer awareness campaign, "Pay With Your Balls", created in partnership with Barba Men's Grooming Boutique.

Founded in 2010 by Terri Meyer and Sandy Greenberg, and now 43 employees strong with top clients including Gerber, The Walt Disney Company, Wyndham Hotels and Avon, Terri & Sandy was called out for its growth, innovative spirit and impactful creative work over the past year.

Terri & Sandy has been honored twice before by Ad Age's Small Agency Awards. In 2015, the shop was named Small Agency of the Year Northeast Gold, and last year, nabbed Silver in the Pro Bono Campaign of the Year category for their "Educating the Exceptional" campaign for Bridges Academy.
