Maplewood Senior Living announced today that it has named Brian Geyser, APRN-BC, MSN, Vice President of Clinical Innovation and Population Health. He is responsible for building and leading an innovation governance structure that will fuel new care delivery models, clinical solutions, technology innovations and health strategy initiatives to improve resident experience and health outcomes.

He also will work with external stakeholders such as health systems, provider groups, ACOs, universities, vendors, and advocacy organizations to develop and nurture strategic partnerships, enhance collaboration, improve care coordination, optimize information exchange and explore research opportunities to achieve positive outcomes.
